旧约 - 哈该书(Haggai) 第1章

中文	大流士王第二年六月初一日，耶和华的话藉先知哈该，向犹大省长撒拉铁的儿子所罗巴伯和约撒答的儿子大祭司约书亚说，
英文	In the second year of Darius the king, in the sixth month, in the first day of the month, came the word of the LORD by Haggai the prophet unto Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest, saying,

中文	万军之耶和华如此说，这百姓说，建造耶和华殿的时候尚未来到。
英文	Thus speaketh the LORD of hosts, saying, This people say, The time is not come, the time that the LORD's house should be built.

中文	那时耶和华的话临到先知哈该说，
英文	Then came the word of the LORD by Haggai the prophet, saying,

第4段

中文	这殿仍然荒凉，你们自己还住天花板的房屋吗。
英文	Is it time for you, O ye, to dwell in your cieled houses, and this house lie waste?

第5段

中文	现在万军之耶和华如此说，你们要省察自己的行为。
英文	Now therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways.

第6段

中文	你们撒的种多，收的却少。你们吃，却不得饱。喝，却不得足。穿衣服，却不得暖。得工钱的，将工钱装在破漏的囊中。
英文	Ye have sown much, and bring in little; ye eat, but ye have not enough; ye drink, but ye are not filled with drink; ye clothe you, but there is none warm; and he that earneth wages earneth wages to put it into a bag with holes.

第7段

中文	万军之耶和华如此说，你们要省察自己的行为。
英文	Thus saith the LORD of hosts; Consider your ways.

第8段

中文	你们要上山取木料，建造这殿。我就因此喜乐，且得荣耀。这是耶和华说的。
英文	Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, saith the LORD.

第9段

中文	你们盼望多得，所得的却少。你们收到家中，我就吹去。这是为什么呢，因为我的殿荒凉，你们各人却顾（原文作奔）自己的房屋。这是万军之耶和华说的。
英文	Ye looked for much, and lo, it came to little; and when ye brought it home, I did blow upon it. Why? saith the LORD of hosts. Because of mine house that is waste, and ye run every man unto his own house.

第10段

中文	所以为你们的缘故，天就不降甘露，地也不出土产。
英文	Therefore the heaven over you is stayed from dew, and the earth is stayed from her fruit.

第11段

中文	我命乾旱临到地土，山冈，五谷，新酒，和油，并地上的出产，人民，牲畜，以及人手一切劳碌得来的。
英文	And I called for a drought upon the land, and upon the mountains, and upon the corn, and upon the new wine, and upon the oil, and upon that which the ground bringeth forth, and upon men, and upon cattle, and upon all the labour of the hands.

第12段

中文	那时，撒拉铁的儿子所罗巴伯，和约撒答的儿子大祭司约书亚，并剩下的百姓，都听从耶和华他们神的话，和先知哈该奉耶和华他们神差来所说的话。百姓也在耶和华面前存敬畏的心。
英文	Then Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, and Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest, with all the remnant of the people, obeyed the voice of the LORD their God, and the words of Haggai the prophet, as the LORD their God had sent him, and the people did fear before the LORD.

中文	耶和华的使者哈该，奉耶和华差遣对百姓说，耶和华说，我与你们同在。
英文	Then spake Haggai the LORD's messenger in the LORD's message unto the people, saying, I am with you, saith the LORD.

第14段

中文	耶和华激动犹大省长撒拉铁的儿子所罗巴伯，和约撒答的儿子大祭司约书亚，并剩下之百姓的心。他们就来为万军之耶和华他们神的殿做工。
英文	And the LORD stirred up the spirit of Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and the spirit of Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest, and the spirit of all the remnant of the people; and they came and did work in the house of the LORD of hosts, their God,

英文	In the four and twentieth day of the sixth month, in the second year of Darius the king.
