| 英文 | Son of man, prophesy and say, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Howl ye, Woe worth the day! |

| 中文 | 因为耶和华的日子临近，就是密云之日，列国受罚之期。 |
| 英文 | For the day is near, even the day of the LORD is near, a cloudy day; it shall be the time of the heathen. |

| 中文 | 古实人，弗人（或作利比亚人），路德人，杂族的人民，并古巴人，以及同盟之地的人都要与埃及人一同倒在刀下。 |
| 英文 | Ethiopia, and Libya, and Lydia, and all the mingled people, and Chub, and the men of the land that is in league, shall fall with them by the sword. |

| 中文 | 耶和华如此说，扶助埃及的也必倾倒。埃及因势力而有的骄傲必降低微。其中的人民，从色弗尼塔起（见二十九章十节）必倒在刀下。这是主耶和华说的。 |
| 英文 | Thus saith the LORD; They also that uphold Egypt shall fall; and the pride of her power shall come down: from the tower of Syene shall they fall in it by the sword, saith the Lord GOD. |

| 英文 | And they shall be desolate in the midst of the countries that are desolate, and her cities shall be in the midst of the cities that are wasted. |

| 英文 | And they shall know that I am the LORD, when I have set a fire in Egypt, and when all her helpers shall be destroyed. |

| 中文 | 到那日，必有使者坐船，从我面前出去，使安逸无虑的古实人惊惧。必有痛苦临到他们，好像埃及遭灾的日子一样。看哪，这事临近了。 |
| 英文 | In that day shall messengers go forth from me in ships to make the careless Ethiopians afraid, and great pain shall come upon them, as in the day of Egypt: for, lo, it cometh. |

| 英文 | Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also make the multitude of Egypt to cease by the hand of Nebuchadrezzar king of Babylon. |

| 中文 | 他和随从他的人，就是列国中强暴的，必进来毁灭这地。他们必拔刀攻击埃及，使遍地有被杀的人。 |
| 英文 | He and his people with him, the terrible of the nations, shall be brought to destroy the land: and they shall draw their swords against Egypt, and fill the land with the slain. |

| 中文 | 我必使江河乾涸，将地卖在恶人的手中。我必藉外邦人的手，使这地和其中所有的变为凄凉。这是我耶和华说的。 |
| 英文 | And I will make the rivers dry, and sell the land into the hand of the wicked: and I will make the land waste, and all that is therein, by the hand of strangers: I the LORD have spoken it. |

| 中文 | 主耶和华如此说，我必毁灭偶像，从挪弗除灭神像。必不再有君王出自埃及地。我要使埃及地的人惧怕。 |
| 英文 | Thus saith the Lord GOD; I will also destroy the idols, and I will cause their images to cease out of Noph; and there shall be no more a prince of the land of Egypt: and I will put a fear in the land of Egypt. |

| 中文 | 我必使巴忒罗荒凉，在琐安中使火着起，向挪施行审判。 |
| 英文 | And I will make Pathros desolate, and will set fire in Zoan, and will execute judgments in No. |

| 中文 | 我必将我的忿怒倒在埃及的保障上，就是训上，并要剪除挪的众人。 |
| 英文 | And I will pour my fury upon Sin, the strength of Egypt; and I will cut off the multitude of No. |

| 中文 | 我必在埃及中使火着起。训必大大痛苦。挪必被攻破。挪弗白日见仇敌（白日或作终日）。 |
| 英文 | And I will set fire in Egypt: Sin shall have great pain, and No shall be rent asunder, and Noph shall have distresses daily. |
第17段
| 中文 | 亚文和比伯实的少年人必倒在刀下。这些城的人必被掳掠。 |
| 英文 | The young men of Aven and of Pibeseth shall fall by the sword: and these cities shall go into captivity. |

| 中文 | 我在答比匿折断埃及的诸轭，使她因势力而有的骄傲在其中止息。那时，日光必退去。至于这城，必有密云遮蔽，其中的女子必被掳掠。 |
| 英文 | At Tehaphnehes also the day shall be darkened, when I shall break there the yokes of Egypt: and the pomp of her strength shall cease in her: as for her, a cloud shall cover her, and her daughters shall go into captivity. |

| 英文 | Thus will I execute judgments in Egypt: and they shall know that I am the LORD. |

| 英文 | And it came to pass in the eleventh year, in the first month, in the seventh day of the month, that the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, |

| 中文 | 人子阿，我已打折埃及王法老的膀臂。没有敷药，也没有用布缠好，使他有力持刀。 |
| 英文 | Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and, lo, it shall not be bound up to be healed, to put a roller to bind it, to make it strong to hold the sword. |

| 中文 | 所以主耶和华如此说，看哪，我与埃及王法老为敌，必将他有力的膀臂和已打折的膀臂全行打断，使刀从他手中坠落。 |
| 英文 | Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against Pharaoh king of Egypt, and will break his arms, the strong, and that which was broken; and I will cause the sword to fall out of his hand. |

| 中文 | 我必将埃及人分散在列国，四散在列邦。 |
| 英文 | And I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations, and will disperse them through the countries. |

| 中文 | 我必使巴比伦王的膀臂有力，将我的刀交在他手中。却要打断法老的膀臂，他就在巴比伦王面前唉哼，如同受死伤的人一样。 |
| 英文 | And I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and put my sword in his hand: but I will break Pharaoh's arms, and he shall groan before him with the groanings of a deadly wounded man. |

| 中文 | 我必扶持巴比伦王的膀臂，法老的膀臂却要下垂。我将我的刀交在巴比伦王手中，他必举刀攻击埃及地，他们就知道我是耶和华。 |
| 英文 | But I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, and the arms of Pharaoh shall fall down; and they shall know that I am the LORD, when I shall put my sword into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he shall stretch it out upon the land of Egypt. |
