中文 | (大卫的训诲诗,交与伶长,用丝弦的乐器)神阿,求你留心听我的祷告。不要隐藏不听我的恳求。 |
英文 | Give ear to my prayer, O God; and hide not thyself from my supplication. |

中文 | 求你侧耳听我,应允我。我哀叹不安,发声唉哼。 |
英文 | Attend unto me, and hear me: I mourn in my complaint, and make a noise; |

中文 | 都因仇敌的声音,恶人的欺压。因为他们将罪孽加在我身上,发怒气逼迫我。 |
英文 | Because of the voice of the enemy, because of the oppression of the wicked: for they cast iniquity upon me, and in wrath they hate me. |

中文 | 我心在我里面甚是疼痛。死的惊惶临到我身。 |
英文 | My heart is sore pained within me: and the terrors of death are fallen upon me. |

中文 | 恐惧战兢归到我身,惊恐漫过了我。 |
英文 | Fearfulness and trembling are come upon me, and horror hath overwhelmed me. |

中文 | 我说,但愿我有翅膀像鸽子,我就飞去得享安息。 |
英文 | And I said, Oh that I had wings like a dove! for then would I fly away, and be at rest. |

中文 | 我必远游宿在旷野。(细拉) |
英文 | Lo, then would I wander far off, and remain in the wilderness. Selah. |

中文 | 我必速速逃到避所,脱离狂风暴雨。 |
英文 | I would hasten my escape from the windy storm and tempest. |

中文 | 主阿,求你吞灭他们,变乱他们的舌头。因为我在城中见了强暴争竞的事。 |
英文 | Destroy, O Lord, and divide their tongues: for I have seen violence and strife in the city. |

中文 | 他们在城墙上昼夜绕行。在城内也有罪孽和奸恶。 |
英文 | Day and night they go about it upon the walls thereof: mischief also and sorrow are in the midst of it. |

中文 | 邪恶在其中,欺压和诡诈不离街市。 |
英文 | Wickedness is in the midst thereof: deceit and guile depart not from her streets. |

中文 | 原来不是仇敌辱骂我。若是仇敌,还可忍耐。也不是恨我的人向我狂大。若是恨我的人,就必躲避他。 |
英文 | For it was not an enemy that reproached me; then I could have borne it: neither was it he that hated me that did magnify himself against me; then I would have hid myself from him: |

中文 | 不料是你,你原与我平等,是我的同伴,是我知己的朋友。 |
英文 | But it was thou, a man mine equal, my guide, and mine acquaintance. |

中文 | 我们素常彼此谈论,以为甘甜。我们与群众在神的殿中同行。 |
英文 | We took sweet counsel together, and walked unto the house of God in company. |

中文 | 愿死亡忽然临到他们。愿他们活活的下入阴间。因为他们的住处,他们的心中,都是邪恶。 |
英文 | Let death seize upon them, and let them go down quick into hell: for wickedness is in their dwellings, and among them. |

中文 | 至于我,我要求告神。耶和华必拯救我。 |
英文 | As for me, I will call upon God; and the LORD shall save me. |

中文 | 我要晚上,早晨,晌午,哀声悲叹。他也必听我的声音。 |
英文 | Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice. |

中文 | 他救赎我命脱离攻击我的人,使我得享平安。因为与我相争的人甚多。 |
英文 | He hath delivered my soul in peace from the battle that was against me: for there were many with me. |

中文 | 那没有更变,不敬畏神的人,从太古常存的神,必听见而苦待他。 |
英文 | God shall hear, and afflict them, even he that abideth of old. Selah. Because they have no changes, therefore they fear not God. |

中文 | 他背了约,伸手攻击与他和好的人。 |
英文 | He hath put forth his hands against such as be at peace with him: he hath broken his covenant. |

中文 | 他的口如奶油光滑,他的心却怀着争战。他的话比油柔和,其实是拔出来的刀。 |
英文 | The words of his mouth were smoother than butter, but war was in his heart: his words were softer than oil, yet were they drawn swords. |

中文 | 你要把你的重担卸给耶和华,他必抚养你,他永不叫义人动摇。 |
英文 | Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. |

中文 | 神阿,你必使恶人下入灭亡的坑。流人血行诡诈的人,必活不到半世,但我要倚靠你。 |
英文 | But thou, O God, shalt bring them down into the pit of destruction: bloody and deceitful men shall not live out half their days; but I will trust in thee. |
