| 中文 | 义人死亡，无人放在心上。虔诚人被收去，无人思念。这义人被收去是免了将来的祸患。 |
| 英文 | The righteous perisheth, and no man layeth it to heart: and merciful men are taken away, none considering that the righteous is taken away from the evil to come. |

| 中文 | 他们得享（原文作进入）平安，素行正直的人，各人在坟里（原文作床上）安歇。 |
| 英文 | He shall enter into peace: they shall rest in their beds, each one walking in his uprightness. |

| 中文 | 你们这些巫婆的儿子，奸夫和妓女的种子，都要前来。 |
| 英文 | But draw near hither, ye sons of the sorceress, the seed of the adulterer and the whore. |

| 中文 | 你们向谁戏笑，向谁张口吐舌呢。你们岂不是悖逆的儿女，虚谎的种类呢。 |
| 英文 | Against whom do ye sport yourselves? against whom make ye a wide mouth, and draw out the tongue? are ye not children of transgression, a seed of falsehood, |

| 英文 | Enflaming yourselves with idols under every green tree, slaying the children in the valleys under the clifts of the rocks? |

| 中文 | 在谷中光滑石头里有你的分。这些就是你所得的分。你也向他浇了奠祭，献了供物。因这事我岂能容忍吗。 |
| 英文 | Among the smooth stones of the stream is thy portion; they, they are thy lot: even to them hast thou poured a drink offering, thou hast offered a meat offering. Should I receive comfort in these? |

| 英文 | Upon a lofty and high mountain hast thou set thy bed: even thither wentest thou up to offer sacrifice. |

| 英文 | Behind the doors also and the posts hast thou set up thy remembrance: for thou hast discovered thyself to another than me, and art gone up; thou hast enlarged thy bed, and made thee a covenant with them; thou lovedst their bed where thou sawest it. |

| 英文 | And of whom hast thou been afraid or feared, that thou hast lied, and hast not remembered me, nor laid it to thy heart? have not I held my peace even of old, and thou fearest me not? |

| 英文 | I will declare thy righteousness, and thy works; for they shall not profit thee. |

| 中文 | 你哀求的时候，让你所聚集的拯救你吧。风要把他们刮散。一口气要把他们都吹去。但那投靠我的必得地土，必承受我的圣山为业。 |

| 英文 | For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones. |

| 英文 | I create the fruit of the lips; Peace, peace to him that is far off, and to him that is near, saith the LORD; and I will heal him. |

| 中文 | 惟独恶人，好像翻腾的海，不得平静，其中的水，常涌出污秽和淤泥来。 |
| 英文 | But the wicked are like the troubled sea, when it cannot rest, whose waters cast up mire and dirt. |
